How to pay using GLOBE G-CASH:



1. Go to any authorized G Cash outlet that accepts cash-in transactions.
2. Fill up a GCash service Form with the details provided.
3. Present valid ID.
4. Cashier will send the GCash to our number and give an account receipt of the transfer and official receipt of the Processing fee.
5. We will receive the GCash and text confirmation of the transaction.

How to Pay through Cebuana Lhuillier/ ML Kwarta Padala:


1. Go to any Cebuana Lhuillier /M. Lhuillier Branch in your area or branch and tell them you want to send money.
2. Present a valid ID and fill-up the required forms.
3. Give the filled-up forms to the frontliner in the counter and also give the total amount sent including the charges.
4. The frontliner will give you a duplicate copy of your sendout form, for your reference.
5. Inform us including the mandatory Kwarta Padala Transaction No.(KPTN) for easy searching of the particular transaction through email/text/PM’s.

How to pay through BDO over the counter bank deposit:


1. Go to any Banco De Oro and fill up the Deposit Slip with my Name and Bank Account number.
2. Give the deposit slip and the cash to the teller. Your deposit slip will be validated, stamped and given back to you.
3. We will send you the account number through invoice.


Effective immediately, we require buyers to text us the transaction number. This policy is strictly required; we will not ship Orders without confirmed Deposit slip number. We will hold all orders until we receive your email/text/PM’s. No excuses. You may notify us that you have emailed your payment proof by texting at 09154866256.

2. Tell them you will send by Pera Padala
3. They will give you a paper to fill up.
4. Write your name and city.
5. Write our info we only give our info once you send your order form
6. After they will you a receipt.
7. Text the tracking number found on the upper right hand corner of the sheet.

How to pay through Western Union



Simple. Just go to your nearest Western Union Agent location, present one acceptable form of valid photo identification, and Western Union Agent will gladly assist you. Western Union has more than 334,001 Agent locations in over 200 countries and territories worldwide. With over 6,301 Agent locations in the Philippines, they are probably right around the corner in your neighborhood bank, department store, supermarkets or telephone center.


1. COMPLETE THE 'TO SEND MONEY' FORM. Fill out the appropriate 'To Send Money' form provided and present to the Agent the original copy of your valid photo identification. If you have a Western Union® Gold Card issued in the Philippines, please present the card along with your valid photo identification or other supporting documents to the Agent


2. PAY FOR YOUR MONEY TRANSFER. Give the Agent the amount of money that you (the Sender/Buyer) want to send/pay together with the necessary service fees. You will be required to sign a receipt after you have verified that all the details printed on the receipt are correct. One of the details printed on the receipt is your Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN).


3. SIGN AND RECEIVE YOUR RECEIPT


4. INFORM US. The MTCN is important and must be sent to us through email/text/PM’s.


5. TRACK YOUR MONEY. Go to the 'Tracking' link that's on the homepage of Western Union. You can then track the status of your money by typing in your name (as signed in the 'To Send Money' form) and MTCN

We ship orders to the address in your order form; Changes in shipping address on the last minute must be emailed and not texted.


* Please make sure your address is listed correctly. We ship directly from the address in the order form, it is crucial that this information is correct. Please do not send the information or additional orders through text. Purchases will not be shipped with an unconfirmed address unless stated prior to purchase, and not a few hours before shipping. Buyer is responsible to pay extra postage to resend any packages that are returned for an incorrect address or unclaimed status.

CALCULATING SHIPPING TIME



Our Ship-out schedules are every Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. We tend to ship your order as quickly as possible, but please keep in mind that the arrival of your shipment is affected by five factors: product availability, your location, and time of year the merchandise is shipped, Courier's turnover of packages and Errors in your submitted info or buyers with Out of Delivery addresses.


*Availability. If an item is temporarily out-of-stock, it will be placed on back order. We will refund you the full amount of the purchase including shipping unless stated otherwise by the buyer. We will update your order status with an estimate of when the item will be available. Please note that the estimate is made primarily from information given to me by the manufacturer and may not always be accurate. We make all efforts to maintain an accurate and updated inventory.


We refund payments in full when an item is not available in instances when you already paid and your order is found defective before ship out. We are honest and will never cheat customers out of their money.


* Method: The shipping method used is Xend, Jam Global Express and MC Express only. We cannot grant requests of items to be shipped using other couriers. These are the most effective courier for Millicent’s Closet, given that this shop has limited people, going out to ship other items will be hard especially while we are attending to volume orders. Their shipping time-in-transit is estimated at 2-3 full business days for all domestic orders.


* Time of Year: Remember, weekends and holidays are not active shipping days, and due to volume demands, shipping typically slows down during the December holidays and around Halloween (October 31st), February for Valentine’s Day, May and April for summer, June for back to school season. Please be advised and place your orders accordingly. Orders must be placed 7 business days prior to October 31st to receive your order in time.


Lastly, remember that shipping times are calculated from the time your merchandise leaves the shop. Orders are usually processed and shipped out from the shop within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your payment, Monday through Friday. This would be delayed if an item was on back order, or if the order was placed over the weekend (after noon central time on Friday) or on a holiday. Please make your arrangements accordingly. Orders are processed in the order in which they are received.
