Terms of Sale

Please Take Time to Read terms and conditions below before further questions & PURCHASING, to ensure a hassle free transaction.

ORDERING AND PAYMENTS PRE-ORDER ITEMS: 

We require 50% Down payment upon reservation of Pre-Order items. Cutoff date is every 15th and 30th of the month. Estimated time of arrival is 7-10 days after cut-off. Settle the remaining balance of full payment before shipment date to avoid delay in shipping your orders. Once order was placed it cannot be cancelled. Since it is a pre-order basis, please be reminded that after the cut-off time you will be receiving your package after 7-10 business days.

ON-HAND ITEMS 

We require 100% payment before we ship out your items. Since our products are on-hand, some items are LIMITED STOCKS, SO GRAB IT AS SOON AS YOU CAN. Immediate payment is requested upon receiving the invoice in your mobile/PM/email. Please order only if you have time and resources to complete the transaction. Don’t waste each other time!!!

1. We will only honor orders placed through the order form and not through text messages. NO ORDER FORM, NO TRANSACTIONS! STRICTLY NO BACKING OUT UPON RESERVATION. Once you submit order form it is final, unless the items are already Sold or Out of Stock. Reserved items are considered SOLD.

2. Order only if you can wait for the invoice in your email, within 24 to 48 hours. The service you get from Millicent’s closet is personalized. We try our best to reply to all inquiries and orders as soon as we can.

3. Business hours is 10am to 6pm, No calls beyond the business hours posted. 

4. As of the moment, we cannot accept rush orders.

5. If you want your order to be delivered asap, please pay on time. Avoid requesting rush shipping, or last minute shipping for orders with late payments. Pay first, Deliver later basis.

6 Fill up the order form only if you have time to settle your payment and you are sure about the product you're getting. We will not honor last minute order cancellations.

7. Millicent’s Closet reserves the right to refuse orders from rude customers, those who are banned from the store, and those who have very impossible demands that can’t be fulfilled by the store.

8. In case a payment will be delayed because you're busy, please inform us asap and we’ll reschedule your order for the next shipping schedule, delays must not last a week long.

9. Changes to orders must be made within 24 hours and before he next shipping schedule.

10. Cancellation of orders will earn you a strike, 3 strikes and you’re banned from having any transactions with Millicent’s Closet in the future.

11. CLICK PHOTOS FOR THE PRICES, SIZES AND DETAILS. ITEM AVAILABILITY By ordering you agree that all items are subject to availability and that even if you paid there might be a chance that the color, style, size or an item you ordered is not available, and that you will be given a chance to choose whether you will change the item.

SHIPPING

1. We only ship domestic orders through Xend, Jam Global and MC Express,  we cannot grant requests to ship using other couriers. All international orders are shipped through Philpost and Fedex.

2. Though Millicent’s Store store is known to ship orders fast, we are still requesting for customers to expect a 2 day handling time from date of payment.

3. By ordering, you agree that there are some cases that the ship out per day may reach a 50 cutoff , and if your order is #51 and above, it will be shipped on the next shipping schedule.

4. We will not ship unconfirmed orders.  NO PAYMENT NO SHIPPING.

5. Our Regular Shipping schedule is every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

6. Order in advance to avoid any hassle and delay in delivery. The only thing we can promise is that we will ship your orders on the date specified in your invoice, but we do not have any control over the courier's delivery time. *For Metro Manila, transit time is next day to 2 days, provincial is next day to 3 days depending on location. INQUIRY We prefer inquiries through Email and PM's.

*We understand how excited you are with our awesome products :) but please do understand that we also sleep and rest in the evening so we will not be able to reply during late nights as requested :).

*Please do not use chikka for inquiring and texting us. It floods mobile phone inbox and charges the recipient once the sender is saved in the phonebook. Texts are welcome, even in the evening, but replies will be sent in the morning. Calls must not be made beyond the posted business hours 10am to 6pm. Messages of Haggling and asking for last price and discounts will not be entertained. All product prices are fixed. Our prices are very competitive and affordable. Don't hesitate to ask and inquire more about the products before ordering. You may email us at millicentscloset@gmail.com. When texting your inquiry, try to combine all your questions in one message so we can reply faster. Please refrain from asking unnecessary and personal questions.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

*Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns and exchanges. Who would want me to ship them a blouse returned by a customer... of course not you! :) You can be rest assured, however, that all products are carefully checked and packed before being sent to you.

*We do fail sometimes even if we strive hard to deliver a perfect 10 service, in case there's a problem with your order we will be more than willing to make everything right for you and leave you with a positive shopping experience.

ON HAGGLING AND ASKING OF LAST PRICE

Millicent’s Closet is not a flea store, vintage shop or a discount store, and haggling is generally not part of the etiquette when buying from us. We do offer discounts and promos every now and then, but it is generally best practice to respect our set prices. We work hard to offer quality fashion and make prices reachable for different market levels and we believe our asking prices are more than fair. Customers who are Haggling, asking for last price and discounts will not be entertained.  This store is designed to help you save money on shipping by being a one-stop shop with all your fashion needs. That way you won’t need to buy from different stores and pay for separate shipping fees.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

We are only notified of the items availability once we have placed the orders to our suppliers (that's why we are asking for an alternative order) or when the parcel arrives
